Crafted for ages 2–4, these 30-minute classes provide a welcoming space where young ones can thrive. Through story-based themes and uplifting messages, children participate in active play and basic yoga poses and breath work. These sessions aim to help every child develop focus, confidence, and manage thier emotions while experiencing the absolute joy that comes from practicing mindfulness in a group setting.

A 50‑minute class filled with creative movement and imaginative games that spark kids’ interest and keep them engaged from start to finish. Through breath work and playful activities, children learn to self‑regulate their emotions and calm their mind and body so that hey can incorporate these skills into the classroom and everyday life.

A 45-minute therapeutic and restorative yoga class is designed for all ages and experience levels. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and supported postures, you’ll focus on proper alignment while building strength and releasing tension. Each pose can be easily modified, making the practice accessible whether you’re seeking relaxation, deep stretching, or recovery. The class ends with a calming rest, leaving you feeling balanced, restored, and renewed—both physically and mentally.

A 60 minute class accessible for various experience levels, allowing for the specific pace and intensity that feels right for you. Alignment is the primary focus, with small, helpful cues and modifications to evolve a personal practice.
